Edward R. Tedeschi is the Founder and Chairman of HC Associates, LLC. He has over 30 years of financial services industry experience in alternative investments, asset management, finance, trading, compliance, operations and administration. Edward's responsibilities include performing senior project management roles for client engagements, head of marketing and sales, strategic industry relationships and business development.

Edward was formerly a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, heading the western region for Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance, and was Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Merchant Group. Edward was Vice President at Morgan Stanley & Co. where he was one of the founding members of Correspondent Clearing, International Operations and Prime Brokerage and performed various roles in global wealth management. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1979. Edward holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 8, 24 and 63 licenses. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Capital Markets Advisory Partners and GFS Advisors, and is a Founding member of the California Hedge Fund Association.
